Inspired by our athletes' desire for lighter, more efficient climbing gear, the AMK 50/50 Summit Hoody is designed for fast, light ascents. It features our NANOREFLECT™ technology and is filled with 1000-fill ProDown™ with our unique 50/50 down chamber construction. Targeted use of ultralight, heavy-duty ripstop fabric combined with Spectra® yarns delivers lightweight durability, while THINDOWN® insulation in the lower body and forearms delivers improved fit and performance under a pack.
Features:
- Main fabric: Heavy-duty ripstop fabric with Spectra® yarns, 95% nylon, 5% polyethylene, 43 g/m², with a perfluorocarbon (PFC)-free durable water-repellent (DWR) finish.
- 50/50 insulation: 1,000-fill ProDown™ down with a water-repellent finish; Control Union (CU 843098) certified using the Responsible Down Standard (RDS)
- Underbody and forearm insulation: THINDOWN®—Insulation sheets, 85% goose down, 15% polyethylene
- Adjustable, helmet-compatible hood
