The Patrol E1 30 Kit incorporates the new Alpride E1 electric airbag system.

This system stands out for its lightness, compared to other models on the market, its comfortable and reinforced backrest and the supercapacitors technology that overcomes the traditional limitations of batteries. This system accumulates electrical energy and discharge without chemical reaction, so it is not affected by temperature (it works between -30 to 50 ºC) and the charging time is much shorter (20 minutes with USB from external battery or 40 minutes with two AA batteries).

Another feature is the supercapacitors technology, a passive electronic component so they do not have any type of restriction when traveling by plane, unlike cartridges compressed gas or some Lithium Ion batteries. The 150 L balloon is inflated in about 3 seconds thanks to its compact electric motor and can be used several times in the same day.

The backpack, with a capacity of 30 liters , has all the desirable characteristics for ski mountaineering. A comfortable and wide front opening system, 2 ice ax holders, lateral and diagonal ski holders, upper pocket for mask and small objects and separate SOS compartment for safety equipment.
