The lightweight Syncrino™ 125 fabric is made from a blend of merino wool and 32% recycled synthetic fibers. Merino wool is ideal for cold weather base layers. Its ability to absorb water makes it excellent for wicking sweat away from the skin, maintaining comfort, and regulating body temperature. It's also a great insulator, even when wet, although it can take a while to dry.
Synthetic fibers are strong, durable, lightweight, and hold their shape well. They can also dry extremely quickly. By combining these yarns, we have created a durable, insulating, fast-wicking and quick-drying material that is ideal for mountain base layers.
