RAB's Namche GTX is constructed with fully recycled, fluorocarbon-free fabric, an innovative fluorocarbon-free membrane, and a solution-dyed backing created with less energy than traditional dyeing methods. The result is a high-performance waterproof jacket that is responsibly constructed and built to last, combining expert waterproof protection with low weight, packability and excellent freedom of movement for your daily hiking adventures.
The jacket has been designed for exceptional comfort on the mountain, with underarm vents allowing you to vent heat when climbing the slope, and a fleece-lined chin guard for when you're sealing out the weather on a blustery ridge. . The two-way adjustable hood can be adjusted with a single pull of the hand and provides easy head turning with unobstructed vision. It also has a rigid visor, which helps protect the face from the rain. The adjustable Velcro cuffs fit snugly over gloves, and there are two hand pockets to warm numb fingers on colder days.
