The Microlight Alpine W jacket is made with Pertex® Quantumwith 30 denier and 50 g/m² nylon, an extremely fine and dense recycled material that allows it to have windproof properties to better preserve temperature. This fabric is completed with the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment that allows it to withstand snow and light rain without problems. Thanks to this material, the durability and resistance of the garment is assured.

Thermal insulation is provided by a fill of 145 grams of down (for size 12) recycled European goose down with a inflation capacity of 700 FP; This means that one ounce (28 grams) of feather of this quality has, when not subjected to any pressure, the capacity to occupy 700 cuin (cubic inches), or 11.5 liters of volume approximately. The feather has been given a Nikwaw water-repellent treatment to prevent humidity from affecting its insulating capabilities. The Microlight Alpine Jacket has a structure in micro partitions and nano partitions that minimizes feather migration and provides optimal feather distribution, avoiding cold spots, which together with the fixed hood makes this jacket a perfect option when warmth, weight and compactness are paramount. The partitioning and interior fabric are made of 20 denier recycled nylon, weighing 38 grams per square meter.
