The ASTRO harness is designed for roped workers on difficult access. Its design adapts to the characteristics of rope displacement and ascent. The 3D padding and the semi-rigid construction of the belt and leg loops offer more comfort in all phases of work. Its latched ventral attachment point allows optimal installation of the equipment necessary for travel. Its integrated CROLL L rope clamp promotes efficiency during rope ascents. The belt, with its metal side attachment points, gear loops and tool loops, allows you to organise and transport all the necessary equipment in a working day. Finally, donning and adjustments are simple and practical, even with gloves, thanks to the buckles with FAST closure and DOUBLEBACK self-locking buckles.

• Ultra-comfortable construction:
  • The straps are separated from the neck to limit friction.
  • Its sliding straps allow more freedom and ease of movement.
  • All contact areas, shoulder straps, belt and leg loops, with 3D foam padded breathable fabric, offer more comfort in suspension and during all phases of work.
  • The correct positioning and attachment of the harness to the user are optimal thanks to the belt and the semi-rigid leg loops.
  • The metal side attachment points are foldable to prevent them from unintentionally snagging when not in use.
  • The back of the leg loops is equipped with elastic straps (replaceable - available as an accessory) that allow you to maintain a correct fit, both when walking and in suspension.
• Optimal integration of the devices thanks to the latched ventral point:
  • The progression lanyard, PROGRESS ADJUST or JANE, is connected directly to the shaft without a connector.
  • The CROLL L ventral rope clamp is connected directly to the ventral point for greater efficiency and greater freedom of movement when ascending the rope.
  • The connection of a seat, PODIUM or LITEPOD, directly on the axle allows it to be supported directly by the descender, while ensuring the mobility of the ventral attachment point.
• Practical regulation:
  • The shoulder straps are equipped, on the left, with a buckle with FAST closure to make it easier to put on and take off the harness and, on the right, with a self-locking DOUBLEBACK buckle with anti-slip system for simple and durable adjustment.
• The belt is equipped with DOUBLEBACK self-locking buckles.
  • The leg loops are equipped with buckles with FAST closure for quick opening and closing, even with gloves and without losing the adjustment.
• Design that makes it easy to transport and organize material:
  • The straps are equipped with a height-adjustable Velcro strap that can be positioned on the right or left to attach the ASAP'SORBER energy absorber.
  • Two connector holders for fall arrest lanyards are installed on the shoulders.
  • The belt is equipped with two foldable metal attachment points for the connection of a double fastening lanyard.
  • It is also equipped with seven pre-formed gear loops with protective cover, with two loops for CARITOOL tool holders and INTERFAST connecting element and two loops for TOOLBAG tool bags.
• In the event of a fall on the dorsal attachment point, a red indicator appears, which means that the harness must be decommissioned.
