The Shroud Hooded Jacket is a super-warm fleece layer designed for mountaineering, backcountry skiing and alpine climbing in cold weather.
A great outer layer for the best climates, the Shroud also works perfectly as a warm, quick-drying midlayer in a way that many soft shell jackets can't - it's a hugely versatile addition to your cold weather gear.
The 256g Cycloknit fabric is key to the Shroud's performance. With a densely woven outer shell, it's wind and abrasion resistant, as well as repelling snow when you're moving quickly across mixed terrain. The extra-thick inner layer not only provides excellent insulation and comfort, but also wicks moisture quickly.
With climbing and mountaineering in mind, the Shroud uses a slim, active fit that still leaves some room for base layers.
