The Speed ??Polartec® jacket for men was developed for fast ski touring and scores points as a versatile fleece with an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio. The clever characteristics of its fabric make it ideal for providing reliable warmth not only for winter use, but also for all manner of other alpine adventures during transitions between seasons or in summer.
The Power Grid™ fleece technical fabric has a smooth exterior and a reticular mesh structure on the inside for great comfort. The next-to-skin surface of the mesh promises comfortable warmth, while the open areas of the mesh create open air channels to ensure additional breathability. The two-component fabric design wicks moisture quickly and reliably moves it away from your body to the outer surface where it can evaporate.
The fabric has a high degree of post-consumer recycled plastic, which means significant water and energy savings in its manufacture. This jacket offers an athletic fit that allows superior freedom of movement. Elasticated cuffs and elasticated hem ensure an ideal fit without slipping. A cozy collar provides warmth while also transforming this fleece into the perfect midlayer, as there's no hood to get in the way.
