The Ortles Screw carabiner from Salewa, made of 7075 T6 aluminum, combines lightness, safety and functionality for climbing and mountaineering.

Weighing only 44 grams, it is one of the lightest in its class. Its Keylock nose design prevents snagging on ropes or straps, while the wide opening makes it easy to bind, even with gloves. It offers great resistance, with values of 23 kN longitudinal, 9 kN transverse and 8 kN open.
