The BACK UP LINE rope has been specially designed for lifting, rappelling and use in rescue situations. Compact and slim, its cover is rough for a perfect grip and easy control in all circumstances.
The aramid and polyamide used in the design of this lace make it ultralight: only 21 g/m. But also ultrastatic. Since the BACK UP LINE does not absorb energy at all, it should not be used for stringing up, progressing or any situation that requires dynamic qualities.
