The Air Force 3 is a versatile belay and rappeller device, compatible with single ropes of any diameter, although specially designed for use with double and twin ropes. Its V-grooves increase friction for effective braking during belaying, optimally absorbing energy in the event of a fall. At the same time, its design allows for smooth winding.
Straight and wide grooves make it easy for the rope to pass through, minimizing wear. The braking force adapts to the diameter of the rope, optimizing its performance.
