The Ortles Hybrid TirolWool® Responsive jacket is designed for ski mountaineering, alpinism or climbing activities in cold conditions. Its hybrid design combines insulation and wind and water resistance for optimal thermoregulation in high-intensity activities with static moments.
The TirolWool® Responsive insulation combines polyester fibres with thermo-reactive minerals and Tyrolean sheep wool. This lightweight material absorbs body heat, converts it into infrared radiation and reflects it back to the body, keeping you warmer for longer. In addition, it is water-resistant, breathable and maintains its thermal properties even when wet.
Durastretch inserts provide strength and durability for robust alpine use. The padded, adjustable hood at the back offers additional protection, while ergonomic sleeves and elastic cuffs ensure a comfortable and functional fit. With its small size, this jacket is easily compressible to carry in any backpack.
