The Columbia Oak Harbor II Insulated Jacket is a technical garment designed to protect you from the elements. Its construction combines a waterproof and breathable outer layer with Omni-Tech™ technology and sealed seams, which will keep you dry even in the rain. The Omni-Heat™ recycled synthetic down filling and the Omni-Heat™ Infinity thermo-reflective lining provide excellent thermal capacity to keep you warm in cold weather. Plus, the adjustable hood, cuffs, and hem allow you to customize the fit for added protection.
