The lightest Beta SL jacket is designed for the realities of the mountain. This product is free of intentionally added PFAS.

The new ePE membrane technology is lighter and thinner, but as strong and durable as the materials we used before. You may notice that the face fabric "gets wet" a little faster on products with ePE membranes, but rest assured this does not affect the waterproofing of the membrane itself. If you find the fabric getting wet faster than you'd like, simply wash the jacket and dry it to remove oil contamination and return the DWR to its full potential.
